- 1:00 pm – Royal Procession: The Royal procession departs from Noordeinde Palace to the Royal Theatre.

- 3:00 pm – Budget Presentation: The Minister of Finance presents the briefcase containing the Budget Memorandum and National Budget to the House of Representatives.
